Refund policy
Please choose carefully before ordering. Because our pieces are handcrafted seva articles, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We will always make it right if something arrives damaged or incorrect.
No change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or exchanged because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size or colour. Please check the size and details on the product page before ordering.
Handcrafted pieces. Every piece is finished by hand, so small variations in colour, shade and finish are natural and are part of how it is made. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Damaged, defective or wrong item. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at or on WhatsApp with your order number and a clear photo. We will replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you.
Refunds. Approved refunds, for damaged, defective or wrong items or for orders we cancel, are made to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Cancellations. As all orders are prepaid, you may cancel for a full refund any time before your order is dispatched. Once it is handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled.
