Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship across India.

Shipping charges. Shipping is free across India on orders of ₹249 and above. On orders below ₹249, a flat delivery charge of ₹70 applies anywhere in India and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment. Pay securely online by UPI, card, net banking or wallet, or choose Cash on Delivery. A ₹30 charge applies to Cash on Delivery orders and is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Dispatch time. Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2 business days of being placed.

Delivery time. After dispatch, delivery usually takes about 4 to 6 days, depending on your location. Remote pincodes may take a little longer.

Tracking. Once your order ships, we share the courier and tracking details so you can follow it to your door.

Delays. Occasional delays can happen due to courier load, festivals, weather or reasons beyond our control. We will always help you track and follow up.
